The Supervisory Board consists of the following member:
Warmolt Prins (Chairman)
Warmolt Prins has been partner at Ernst & Young Accountants where he was the EMEIA Assurance Market leader till his retirement in 2019. Before this, Warmolt was the Chairman of the Eindhoven office of Ernst & Young.
Warmolt has significant experience of servicing large sized listed clients, principally involving multinational and multi-location groups and has a large experience and industry knowledge in the chemical-, automotive- and technology sectors.
Since 2012 Warmolt is appointed as a member of the curatorium at the Tilburg University.
